i went totally ballistic yesterday. and as much as i would love to delve into deeper details about how her explosive, pulsating and soul-filled performances got lzt gyrating in a historic moment in time.... i can't right now. because i don't have the friggin pictures yet. and blogging without those is no fun cos i don't get to gleefully show off how i was a mere 2 metres away from the diva herself, a very big deal considering that it's the singapore indoor stadium we're talking about here. if there's any form of lesson to be taken away from yesterday's concert, it would be to never settle for sub-par tickets. i wonder if those from the $98 category saw anything more than a shiny, glittering and flamboyant looking piece of dot hovering and jumping round the stage for 90 minutes. $348 - exorbitant? yes. but also, rightfully so :) a more complete update come next bookout :) |
