new extremities in body clock: sleep at 7am. insanity. the saturation point of memorizing. i can't go any faster when regurgitating clit. not anymore. it has reached a "saturation point" haha.. but all will be over and done in approx 20 days. and this is only what? gce ORDINARY level. im thankful that chem prac wasn't all that disastrous, nevermind if im overly optimistic. such optimism has been developed thru the getting of a very grand 22/40 during the prelim practicals.
unlike the last time, oxygen was so easily tested. i love hydrogen peroxide.. saves me all the trouble of wetting litmus papers... searching high and low for that significant drop of potassium dichromote to drip on the filter paper... but being able to test for oxygen's not to say that the entire thing was THAT smooth sailing. like. when i pipetted 25cm2 of P.. it immediately became black in the beaker. the good thing about practical exams is that all the candidates are within close proximity and preventive measures to stop us frm cheating are pretty lax. so.... i managed to find out that P was actually colourless..... physics practical up next. cheating is possible too, i look forward to it. graduation day was torturous. this supposedly tear-jerking event only managed to leave me dehydrated in my seat. all the emotive sentimentality that shouldve been there were clearly wiped away by hour-long speeches that sound as if they were taken from forum pages of lian he zao bao. i cannot fathom why they can manage to churn out literary phrases and o-so-philosophical paragraphs on and on. they are clealy oblivious to the students below suffering frm dry spells and angmoh peaches on stage looking like they can fall off the chair and doze off on the floor ala mr bean anytime. what's with that reverend whoever...with the refined phrases and assertive intonation i wld expect some cheemolology analogies frm him, but when i piece together his very WOW-SO-THOUGHT-PROVOKING sentences.. they all reduce to one thing...... senseless crap packaged nicely to not sound so senseless. its a hear-it-to-believe thing, so sec 1s and 2s.. count urself very lucky. acting retarded and posing the signature "nggeahhhhh" style with the organs was wayy more lighthearted. argh. its advisable to pon such a event. its horrible. silver lining? its the first and last graduation ceremony i'll have =) whoohoo sgidol results in 10 mins. go leandra go go (out) i mean. i realized my blog is filled with SI SI and more SI. i should get a life. haaa.. but for the last time (this week), SI (gosh) made me realize the existence of so mannny nice nice songs just dled what maia sang at the piano show 3. remember me this way. cool. feels like those one-hit-wonders to me lol since ive never heard of some jordan hill. but she sure can sing. and sure can add 'ha's after hitting the high notes. which gets irritating. i've got christina's live in london mp3 where she sang at last. i think she did at least 10 'HA's. alright back to my life.. i missed the VJC open house. heard it was good..but since they don't offer hcl in the arts stream... then i guess VJ is a nono for me..however noncollapsible the buildings are..lol im contemplating either Cmaths + LEP + Econs + Geog or try a cross-faculty thing like Cmaths + LEP + Econs + Chem. im at my wits end cos both combinations seem equally good and bad... the pure arts combi will probably shorten my lifespan and cause my brain to shrink due to the excessive memo-work i can already forsee... while chem hasn't really been my ffoorrtee... like, i still don't know how the stupid electric cell works so i need advice too. people who are great in maths and physics wld have a huuge advantage when they take Cmaths + Fmaths + Physics + Chem. how i wish i was that 'engineer-sort' somebody complain to JGR Briggs that the info about electric cell in chem txtbook is wrong i think i'll have more to blog about after the 'O's. life now is a sickening routine of waking up, studying and sleeping. computer is a horrible distraction. horrible horrible.. hello! hello!
