was revisiting some of my older blog entries and this sense of disgruntlement about life in general just surged from within. (well, again...) i so wish i'm living the life i lived, to write like how i wrote. where entries flooded in one after another just cos' too many things that unfolded were worthy of some recording and reminiscing. life pretty much amounts to a big, fat nothing now. i'm waking up to each day with a heart no longer filled with some sorrowful longing for the pleasures of civilization but dreadful disdain for the sheer monotony of life. now, that explains why my previous entry dates all the way back to june the 3rd.

and just so you guys know, what could possibly spur these periodic melodramatic whinings out of a pooped out NSF's barely functioning brain more effectively than a $350 CONCERT JEOPARDIZED AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE??????? i think i gotta go take 50 deep breaths before i let loose of some newly-acquired hokkien profanities. trust me, the profanity-word-bank is fuller now than ever.

i'm quarter-way through
i'm quarter-way through
i'm quarter-way through

a large dose of exploitative films over the weekend surely didn't hurt. after a record-breaking 6 weeks absence from the cinemas (the last film being summer palace), no thanks to the slew of boring, banal (and also bloodless) sequels that have been hogging the screens endlessly, i FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY CAUGHT black snake moan, spider lilies and grindhouse: death proof!!!! *burst into tears*

black snake moan has gotta be the best of the three. i mean, christina ricci, samuel l jackson and justin timberlake makes for such an eclectic combination. the movie's somehow... spiritually deep with an exploitative angle to it. ahhh. that's an lzt-type movie. heh.

still in the midst of locating the right victims for these upcoming ultragore flicks, for which i can expect no one to wildly volunteer to watch together with me:

Captivity (July)
Black Sheep (July)
Grindhouse: Planet Terror (August)
Hostel: Part II (August)

consider yourselves warned. haha.
