hello world once again..

back frm my cruise trip. i wld have to say that the grand appearance of superstar virgo belies its actual 'content' inside. one look at that majestic structure and ure bound to be awestruck...only to find out later tt arnd 65-70% of the ship structure has been reserved for close to.. erm.. 800 cabins. leaving little space fr facilities

and even if there are. some of them are irrelevant to the needs of young ppl. sigh.

casino - below 18 entry denied entrance
grand casino - needless to say..
karaoke pub - intimidating enough

and bla bla lah..

but the comfort level was high. carpeted floors. strong airconditioning. polished walls. litter-free deck. its a floating hotel man! and kudos to whoever that organized that multimillion show at the lido! siao. the acrobats are almost unreal. lol, their elasticity sent jaws dropping..i almost mistook them fr rubber bands (ok nt funny) .. nt forgettin the laser effects! world class entertainment!!

lol, silly.. to kill time, i played endless rounds of monopoly in the cabin with my bros. whoever plays monopoly during a holiday getaway?

and anyway, i find the attitudes of china crew members appalling. most of the crew members are expressionless and talk almost monotonously. frankly, ive never harboured fond feelings for china scholars but im sure im not stereotyping right here. ask the china crew members any question, and they answer so impassively you wonder if you should continue emoting in your sentences in response to their nonchalant attitude. sucks.

and when u pit the china crew members against those frm other countries like m'sia, korea, phillipines, vietnam.. im sorry, i find them untrained and unqualified. IM SORRY FOR BEING SO HARSH, but that's what i feel, they're always having this hey-my-country's-economically-rising-now-so-im-finally-able-to-discriminate aura surrounding them.

anyway i love the filipino crew members! accented eng aside, they're really really nice people! when you walk past them like nobody's business, they actually take the initiative to say good morning sir! LOL. imagine having to greet every one of the 1500 passengers aboard. nt forgettin' their politness, something sorely lacking in crew members of SOME nationalities.

the influx of these people into our countries means *cough*h..e.l..l*cough*.im generalizing, but im sure i won be able to shake of that bad impression anytime soon anyway

currently, im talking to lu jia on msn, and she tells me i complain too much. HAHA. so i shall stop the ranting right here. but i apologize to no one!

and she just told me a joke.

luboobs is lame!!

genuinely lame!!

lamest girl i know!! lamest boy title goes to danny without a doubt. when danny doesn't freeze you for a day, u'd better make sure u check if he's still sane. haha.

anthony callea rocks! listened to his CD vesion of the prayer. OMG ITS FRIGGIN AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. PLEEASEE GO TO WWW.ANTHONYCALLEA.COM.AU to sneak a peek at his prayer video. so tastefully done, despite it being one of those videos whereby all it shows is him singing n emoting in frnt of the mike in a bare studio. somebody, tell him, he's got a newfound fan in me.

yet another short idol for me. is this the mentality of a shortie, - to idolize another shortie and find comfort in the fact that shorties can amaze as brilliantly as tall people? LOL.

GO FIGURE:
lim zhan ting: 1.6m
christina aguilera: 1.58m
maia lee: 1.5m
tyrese (probably lee*): LOL. erm. 80cm? (* im still speculating)
anthony callea: A FREAKIN 1.58m !!!!!
.... that's shocking.. with a charismatic coat and spiffy hairdo in 'the prayer' live video, he looks like he has the height of any other aussie dude, at least 1.7-1.8m. who wldve expected a measly 1.58?? PINT SIZED anthony!!

but i idolize them just as much
i rejoice in the fact that i am taller than all my idols

i bought digital fortress! my first fiction book in 4 years, so be amazed i broke my record. not that i normally get engrossed in cryptography, im just buying it for the reputation of the author's credibility. superficial u might say, hahaha. i wanna see if the book can really live up to all the good reviews that's been spreading around

once again, anthony callea is very short. BUT, whatever he lacks in the erm..height department (which is unidentifiable on tv), he's got the power lungs and the super techniques to make up for it. and that's really enough

EDIT: i forgot to mention, i got into my first choice jc combi: TJC ARTS. happy =) so future class/faculty mates, pls drop a lil tag msg on the tagboard!
